Hanaa trained in health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York then at The School Of Applied Functional Medicine.
During her training she studied several theories and diets, lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s leading health and wellness experts.
Hanaa possesses a very deep knowledge of holistic health, healthy foods and wellness as well as preventative care.
Hanaa practices what she teaches and participates in many physical activities ranging from sports to bellydancing. Her love of healthy eating and cooking healthy food helps her to maintain her excellent physical condition.
Indeed, she has written and published books on healthy cooking and eating. She works persistently on her spiritual growth which is important to her.
